Prices

Prices are per day for the whole villa. The villa can accommodate up to 6 people.

Smoking is not allowed inside the villa.

Conditions

All reservations must be reconfirmed in writing at the time of booking. In order to guarantee the reservation, we will require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the booked arrangement, via bank transfer. The balance will be paid 90 days before check-in.
Upon arrival, an amount of €500.00 will be requested as a deposit which will be returned at checkout.

City Tax of € 2(free under 14 years).
A 50% deposit is required.
Travel insurance is recommended.
